Veggie burger topped with Boursin® cheese

6 burger buns, toasted

1 Boursin® puck

1 cauliflower (white, yellow or purple), sliced

2 eggplants, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

12 cherry tomatoes (red, orange and yellow), cut in half

3 spring onions, sliced

Chives, cilantro and basil for serving

Basil, chopped

Salt and pepper

Veggie Burger


Place your sliced cauliflower, eggplant and zucchini on the BBQ grill and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on the vegetables and the intensity of the embers.

While the vegetables are cooking on the BBQ, spread Boursin® on your buns.


Once cooked, season the vegetables with salt and pepper.

Place your vegetables on the buns. 


Top with 4 or 5 halved cherry tomatoes, the onion and/or the chives, 2/3 leaves of cilantro and close the burger. Enjoy!
