5.3 oz Boursin® Lemon & Rosemary
3 bunches of cherry tomatoes
8 slices of country bread
Olive oil, for drizzling
Fresh basil leaves
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the cherry tomato bunches on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes begin to burst.
Meanwhile, slice and toast the country bread in the oven until golden and crisp.
In a bowl, whip the Boursin® Lemon & Rosemary until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the whipped Boursin® onto a serving plate or shallow bowl.
Place the roasted tomatoes in the center, along with their cooking juices.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve immediately with the toasted bread. Enjoy!
