1 Boursin® Cracked Black Pepper
1 pork tenderloin
1 apple
1 pear
10-12 slices of prosciutto
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Finely slice the apple and pear.
Slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise—an incision about 1.5 inches deep—and leave 1 cm at each end, so as to create a pocket.
Spread the Boursin inside the pocket, then add the pear and apple slices.
Squeeze the tenderloin closed and wrap its entire length in prosciutto.
Cook for 20 minutes in the oven or on the BBQ.
Slice into 1.5-inch thick pieces and serve.
