220 g of Boursin® Garlic & Herbs
1 short crust pastry
4 cups of fresh spinach
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 Cup of milk
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Remove the stems from the spinach and wash. Fry in a pan with the olive oil. Remove and drain.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs then add the Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, milk and seasoning to taste.
Combine all ingredients. Add the spinach.
Line a tart dish with the pastry and prick with a fork.
Pour in the quiche mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut each slice of nut bread into three.
Place bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 20 minutes.
Spread Boursin® Bouquet of Basil & Chive on each bite and add a bit of prosciutto and basil.
