6 pita breads (1 per person)
1 box of Boursin® Minis (or a Boursin® puck)
200 g of arugula
12 green asparagus
12 cherry tomatoes
12 extra-thin slices of speck
4 basil leaves
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cut zucchinis into disks and cut the asparagus into several pieces.
Simmer zucchinis and asparagus over high heat in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil so as to colour.
Season your vegetables with salt and set aside.
Top the bread with the arugula, zucchini, asparagus, cherry tomatoes (sliced in 2), speck and basil.
Sprinkle or spread your Boursin® on each flatbread pizza.
You can roll your flatbread pizza and enjoy it like a sandwich!
If you cut too much pita bread, you can use the leftover for your favourite Lebanese sandwich!
