Ingredients: 4 Servings

8 slices of dry bread
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
150g Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
2 tbsp. canola oil

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.

Dip bread into egg mixture until each slice is well soaked.

Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 slices of bread and cook until golden.

Turn over, add Boursin®, and top with bread slice, cooked side down. Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.

Turn and cook until other side is golden and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes, then serve on a plate with a salad.
