1 apple, seeded and cubed
Zest and juice of half a lemon
15 ml (1 tbsp.) extra virgin olive oil
15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh thyme
125 ml (½ cup) chopped whole almonds
6 croutons, crushed
1 package Boursin Apple & Maple (150 g)
Combine apple, lemon zest and juice, and thyme in a bowl.
Combine almonds and croutons in another bowl.
Place apple mixture at bottom of verrines and garnish with almond mixture.
Generously top each verrine with Boursin Apple & Maple.
