The concept was simple: create a\u00a0Boursin Bar allowing your guests to personalize\u00a0their appetizers in a friendly setting. Here\u2019s what\u00a0they put together.<\/p>\n

THE IRRESISTIBLE BOOK CLUB<\/h4>\n

Brooke, who writes Brooklyn Berry Designs<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0invited her guests for a book-club themed get-\u00a0together complete with decorative pages on the wall\u00a0and well-worn books on the table. The guests\u2019\u00a0conversations about creating the perfect appetizer\u00a0were surely just as lively as the ones about their\u00a0latest readings! Among the clear favourites were\u00a0canap\u00e9s with Boursin Cranberry &amp; Pepper with\u00a0orange marmalade, Boursin Garlic &amp; Fine Herbs\u00a0with salami, pear, and pecans, and Boursin Red\u00a0Chili Pepper with cranberries and marmalade.<\/p>\n

THE BOURSIN HIGH TEA PARTY<\/h4>\n

For Brandi, who initiated Yee Wittle Things<\/a><\/strong>, tea\u00a0time is the ideal occasion to entertain with style. A\u00a0few teapots and mismatched teacups set the tone,\u00a0and the Boursin platter was showcased in the centre\u00a0of the light snack table including traditional finger\u00a0sandwiches on a tiered tray and all of the\u00a0ingredients needed to create magnificent morsels.\u00a0Boursin\u00a0Cranberry & Pepper was extremely\u00a0popular, especially as a canap\u00e9 combined with nut\u00a0bread and roasted turkey.<\/p>\n

THE CLASSY SPA PARTY<\/h4>\n

Following an entertaining pedicure, Cheryl,\u00a0founder of Moms & Munchkins<\/a>,<\/strong> invited her guests\u00a0for a spectacular spread set in a golden decor\u00a0complete with glimmering plates, napkins and\u00a0candles. Deli meats, French baguette, crackers,\u00a0gourmet jams and marinades were paired with\u00a0Boursin Garlic &amp; Fine Herbs, Boursin Cranberry &\u00a0Pepper and Boursin Shallot &amp; Chive. Cheryl also\u00a0used Boursin Red Chili Pepper to create delicious\u00a0chorizo profiteroles.<\/p>\n
