Shrimp with Boursin® Pepper and sliced cucumber

Preparation

Step 1 Cut cucumber into slices about 2.5 cm thick. Using a teaspoon or melon spoon, scoop out a hole in the centre of each slice. Step 2 Fill each hole with Boursin® Pepper cheese. For an ideal texture, place the cheese in the cucumber without spreading it. Step 3 Place a cooked shrimp on each cheese and cucumber slice and garnish with a strip of lemon zest. Serve immediately.
