Salmon, strawberry, and Boursin® Cheese Shallot & Chive

  • 1 Boursin® Bouquet of Basil & Chive cheese
  • 8 oz fresh salmon, finely diced
  • 3 strawberries, finely diced
  • 4 large basil leaves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Boursin® Bouquet of Basil & Chive cheese
  • 12 oz fresh salmon, finely diced
  • 6 strawberries, finely diced
  • 6 large basil leaves, minced
  • 1 ½ tbsp. chives, minced
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1 In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and minced chives. Step 2 Dice salmon and strawberries. Add the oil mixture, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently. Step 3 Spoon mixture into verrines and garnish with Boursin® Shallot & Chive. Decorate with basil leaves and chive sprigs. Serve with croutons.
