  • 6 slices prosciutto

  • 24 dried dates, with pits

Preparation

Step 1 Open dates lengthwise and remove pits. Step 2 Using two teaspoons, generously stuff dates with Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese. For an ideal texture, place the cheese into each date without spreading it. Step 3 Cut prosciutto into strips about 2 cm wide and wrap around stuffed dates.
Serve immediately or take out of refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
