Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Using a rolling pin, flatten the chicken until it is about 5 mm (1/4 in.) thick.
Spread the Boursin® Cuisine Shallot & Chive on eack piece, then cover each with a slice of ham. Roll up the pieces and tie with string.
In a skillet, melt a knob of butter and cook the rolls for about 15 minutes, turning regularly.
