  • 16 medium sized cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
  • Chive sprigs for garnish
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Preparation

Step 1 Slice off the top of each cherry tomato and scoop out insides with a small spoon. Season with salt. Step 2 Toast pine nuts in a skillet (2–3 minutes). Step 3 Stuff each tomato with Boursin® Shallot & Chive cheese, garnish with toasted pine nuts, and decorate with basil leaves and chive sprigs.
