  • 40g (1½ oz) Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper
  • 40g (1½ oz) Boursin® Shallot & Chive
  • 40g (1½ oz) Boursin® Pepper
  • 1/2 slice Bayonne ham
  • 1/2 slice smoked salmon
  • 1/2 slice cooked chicken
  • 75g (3 oz.) Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper
  • 75g (3 oz) Boursin® Shallot & Chive
  • 75g (3 oz) Boursin® Pepper
  • 1 slice Bayonne ham
  • 1 slice smoked salmon
  • 1 slice cooked chicken

Preparation

Step 1 Spread some Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper on the slice of ham. Roll up the ham and wrap it in plastic wrap. Step 2 Spread some Boursin® Shallot & Chive on the slice of smoked salmon. Roll up the salmon and wrap it in plastic wrap. Step 3 Spread some Boursin® Pepper on the slice of cooked chicken. Roll up the chicken and wrap it in plastic wrap. Step 4 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Before serving, slice the rolls into bite-size pieces.
TIP

For easy cutting into bite-size pieces, chill the rolls in the freezer for a few minutes.
