Boursin® cheese balls

Boulettes au Boursin®

Ingredients

Quantities for
  • 37,5g (1½ oz) Boursin® Pepper
  • 37,5g (1½ oz) Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper
  • 37,5g (1½ oz) Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 15 golden raisins
  • 15 dried figs, chopped
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) sunflower seeds
  • 22,5ml (1½ tbsp.) toasted sesame seeds
  • 7,5ml (1/2 tbsp.) paprika
  • 7,5ml (1/2 tbsp.) cayenne pepper
  • 75g (3 oz.) Boursin® Pepper
  • 75g (3 oz) Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper
  • 75g (3 oz) Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 30 golden raisins
  • 30 dried figs, chopped
  • 30ml (2 tbsp.) sunflower seeds
  • 45ml (3 tbsp.) toasted sesame seeds
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) paprika
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1 Combine the Boursin® Pepper with the raisins. Form bite-size balls and roll them in the sesame seeds. Step 2 Combine the Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper with the chopped figs. Make bite-size balls and roll them in sunflower seeds. Step 3 Combine the paprika and the cayenne pepper. Make bite-size balls with the Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese and roll them in the paprika and cayenne mixture. Step 4 Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes before serving.
TIP

You can vary the size of the balls, and serve them on skewers or in a salad.
