Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). In a non-stick skillet, fry the beef patties on medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, heat the buns in the oven for a few minutes. Once the patties are cooked, spread the insides of the buns with Boursin® Cuisine Shallot and Chive. Place a patty on the lower half of each bun. Add a slice of lettuce, a slice of tomato, slices of pickle, and then finish with a dab of Boursin® cheese.
Close the burger and enjoy it hot with French fries.
To serve the burgers nice and hot, prepare them all at once, and then set them aside in the oven, which is turned off but still warm, for several minutes.
